If your rechargeable liquid soap dispenser is broken or not functioning properly:
Let's proceed with a quick reset to resolve the issue:
- Press and hold the power button down for 5 seconds.
- Wipe the sensor lens clean. We recommend using rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth to do so.
- Press the power button for 1 second to turn the unit on.
- Completely cover the sensor window and tap the power button quickly 3 times. Note that this will make the pump run continuously until the sensor window is uncovered.
