We apologize for the difficulties you are experiencing with your sensor pump. Let's go ahead and perform the following troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:
- Try placing your hand under the sensor for about 7 times to prime the unit.
- Do you see green light indicating the unit is turned on when you press the power button? If not, have you tried charging the unit? Do you see any lights when unit is plugged in to the charger? If you don't see any light indication, please contact our customer service.
- If you see the light indication, let's proceed with a quick reset:
a. Press and hold the power button down until you see red light indicating unit is turned off.
b. Wipe the sensor lens clean. We recommend using rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth to do so.
c. Press the power button until you see green light indicating unit is turned on.
d. Completely cover the sensor window and quickly press the power button 3 times (within 1 second). Note that this will make the pump run continuously until you remove your finger from the sensor window. - Remove the cartridge and inspect the pump's internal components for any discoloration due to corrosion.
