Is your battery operated sensor soap pump is not dispensing? Let's proceed with a quick reset to resolve the issue:

1. Press and hold the minus button down for 5 seconds.
2. Remove the batteries from the pump. With the batteries removed, please wipe the sensor lens clean (the black tinted window behind where the soap is dispensed from). We recommend using rubbing alcohol and a microfiber cloth to do so.
3. Place the batteries back into their respective position, checking to make sure they are in correctly.
4. Press and hold the plus button for 3-5 seconds to turn the unit on.
5. Once the unit is on, press and hold the plus button for 20 seconds or until soap is dispensed.

To ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly, please follow the diagram located at the bottom of the unit. For the “+”side, insert two batteries with the positive side facing towards you. For the “-“ side, place two batteries with the negative side facing towards you.
