If you don't like the item you've purchased and would like to return it, you can begin the return process by clicking on the link below and send the product(s) back to us free of charge within 45 days of receipt. Once your returned package is received, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed for the product received (not including shipping and handling) using your original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days.
Please note you will need your order number and zip code to begin the return process. If you need to print more than one label, simply go through the form multiple times until you have printed the desired number of labels.
If you are having trouble creating a return label, first be sure you are entering the order number in this format SHxxxxxxx (SH + 7 numbers).
