Returns for simplehuman orders are free!
To begin the return process, please click on the link below and send the product(s) back to us free of charge within 45 days of receipt. Once your returned package is received, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed for the product received (not including shipping and handling) using your original payment method. This may take up to 10 business days.
You will need your order number (beginning with SH) and zip code to begin the return process.
Please note: If you need to print more than one label, simply go through the form multiple times until you have printed the desired number of labels.
