Once you place an order, your order is packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Because of this, orders cannot be modified and can only be canceled within 10 minutes of placing an order. Simply create an account or login to view your orders that are available to cancel and place a new order with the correct address.
If you missed the 10 minute window to cancel your order, we can attempt to contact the courier and update your shipping address within 1 business day after placing your order. Please contact us and provide your order details such as order number, email address, and requested shipping address, so that we can attempt to update the shipping address.
A number of automated events are triggered immediately after an order is placed that enable us to fulfill your order as soon as possible. As such, we are typically unable to modify or cancel orders after they have been placed
